Salary: £50,307 to £53,365 per annum for an exceptional candidate. This includes a 10% recruitment incentive

Hours: 37 hours per week

Location: Working across the Group – Wakefield, Castleford, Selby

We are on the lookout for a passionate and driven Deputy Head of Construction to join our leadership team to help drive forward high-quality and industry specific learning, that equips our learners with the skills, confidence and qualifications they need to succeed.

What you’ll be doing:

· Driving forward high-quality Apprenticeship, Adult and Higher Education programmes

· Leading and supporting staff to deliver outstanding teaching, learning, and industry-relevant resources

· Monitoring performance and ensuring learners get the very best results

· Working with the Head of Curriculum to develop, deliver and grow cutting edge programmes, which meet the needs of all learners

You will have:

· A curriculum relevant Level 6 or professional qualification of an equivalent level

· PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification

· GCSE A*-C / 9-4 or equivalent in English and Maths

· A Management qualification or equivalent training is desirable but not essential
