Our Charity
P3 is a modern, forward-thinking organisation, delivering excellent services for people who face social exclusion. Our values are that we innovate in our work. We're different, creative and like to think of new solutions. We are helpful in everything that we do. We're always friendly and approachable. We are passionate about people.
We believe that what we do can make a real and lasting difference. We are determined to tackle problems that others won't. We always go the extra mile and work with dedication and commitment. We work together internally and externally to ensure the best outcomes for the people we support.
The Role
We’re looking for a dedicated Link Worker to join our team. You’ll work directly with people facing barriers such as housing instability, addiction and unemployment; you will provide practical help and build personalised support plans that make a real impact.
In this role, you’ll be the vital connection between people and the services they need. You’ll collaborate with local agencies, advocate for those we support, and develop creative strategies to stay engaged with individuals who find it hard to access help. From guiding benefit applications to supporting tenancy transitions, your work will be varied, meaningful, and deeply rewarding.
We’re looking for someone who’s empathetic, organised, and thrives in a team environment. If you’re ready to make a difference and be part of a charity that puts people first, we’d love to hear from you
