About The Role
We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Training and Assessment Officer to support the delivery of internal qualifications and apprenticeships across our organisation. This pivotal role involves working closely across the service from our Training and Developent Academy to develop supervisory managers, to ensure high-quality learning experiences, robust assessment practices, and successful learner outcomes.
Key to the role are strong capabilities in quality assurance, ensuring compliance with awarding body standards, and a thorough understanding of Ofsted requirements to maintain excellence in apprenticeship delivery.
