NET Administrator (25/335)
£23,750 FTE (£9,628.38 pro rata per annum)
15 hours per week
Permanent
Location: National Employer Training, Grimsby
National Employer Training (NET) is part of the TEC Partnership, which is a large, innovative, dynamic and financially sound organisation.
We are now offering a fantastic opportunity to join National Employer Training in the role of Administrator. If you are a team player who is passionate about helping learners reach their full potential, then we want to hear from you!
About the role
Are you highly organised, people-focused, and ready to make a real impact? This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Centre Administrator, where you’ll be at the heart of our operations, helping learners, employers, and staff succeed every day.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for learners and stakeholders, providing a welcoming and professional service. You’ll take ownership of key processes such as enrolments, attendance tracking and course administration, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. No two days will be the same — one moment you’ll be preparing course files or updating learner records, the next you’ll be coordinating employer interviews, promoting success stories on social media, or ensuring achievements are celebrated and recorded.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in being organised and detail-driven. In return, you’ll get to play a vital role in supporting learners on their journey, helping them progress towards their goals, and contributing to the growth of the centre. If you want a role where you can use your skills to make a positive difference every day, this could be the perfect fit.
About the person
We are looking for a highly skilled communicator who can work to tight deadlines. You will need strong IT skills and the ability to think on your feet.

Prior experience working in an office or administrative role, ideally within education, training or a customer-focused environment
Experience of analysing data and writing reports
ICT competency
Experience of working with awarding bodies
A clean driving license and access to a vehicle
What we offer
