Support Resourcing and Recruitment Manager to ensure quality of processes and procedures Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and systems Support the Head of Resourcing and Recruitment to deliver the departments operational and strategic objectives Ensure candidate centric, proactive and robust resourcing and recruitment Working closely with wards/departments, to ensure compliance and delivery of the resourcing, recruitment and retention agenda Provide support to candidates with recruitment and compliance checks First point of contact for all forms of communication in managing candidates recruitment Provide a holistic and bespoke approach to candidates, aligned with Divisions Work closely with Head of Resourcing and Recruitment, Resourcing and Recruitment Manager, HRBP and Hiring Managers Work with other departments to ensure DGT is an employer of choice by recruiting high quality candidates Provide a full recruitment administration and clerical support service to Trust staff Ensure provision of an efficient and effective recruitment service in line with recruitment policies and procedures Ensure that quality standards are met at all stages of the recruitment and selection process Please see attached job description for more information.
