Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Salary: £32,726 - £40,908 per annum (salary offered between this range, dependent on experience)
Contract: Fixed term until 31 March 2026
Location: Hybrid between our Dartford office (Crossways Business Park) and working from home
You will support our Building Safety Information Manager to inform our understanding of building safety compliance and be the lead point of contact on queries, concerns or complaints from our customers in higher risk buildings. Ensuring Moat remains compliant, you will support with the production of regular reports and conduct data reviews and quarterly reconciliations.
Your database systems knowledge, combined with your awareness of planned property maintenance issues, and contract administration will be an asset to this role.
