P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently looking for an Operational Administrator on a full-time, 6-month Fixed Term Contract based in Great Yarmouth.
Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our client’s team. This is a hands-on role that requires someone experienced and confident in managing day-to-day administrative tasks, with a strong focus on coordination and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise directly with suppliers to manage orders and logistics.
• Produce delivery notes and ensure all relevant documentation is accurately prepared.
• Handle all paperwork related to supplier interactions.
• Coordinate transport and logistics for incoming and outgoing stock.
• Ensure stock is loaded and unloaded efficiently and on schedule.
• Oversee stock coordination processes to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain effective communication with clients via email and telephone.
Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 16:00
