Location: Lifford House, Birmingham
Hours: 36.5 per week | 08:45–17:15
Contract: 3-6 months
Rate: £13.70 PAYE / £17.65 Umbrella

This is a fantastic opportunity to support children and families during supervised contact sessions in a stable and supportive environment.
Role Overview
As a Contact Supervision Worker, you’ll play a vital role in facilitating safe and positive contact between children and their families. You’ll ensure sessions are conducted in line with safeguarding protocols and provide detailed observations to support care planning.
Key responsibilities include:
Supervising contact sessions between children and family members
Ensuring the emotional and physical safety of children during visits
Recording accurate, objective observations and reports
Liaising with social workers and other professionals as needed

Experience working with children and families in a safeguarding context
Strong observational and communication skills
Ability to remain calm, professional, and empathetic in sensitive situations
Commitment to child welfare and confidentiality
