Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pensions Administrator - Benefits (Gr 3) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a range of tasks related to the administration of employee pension plans and benefits programs. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that employees receive the appropriate benefits in a timely manner and that all pension plan regulations are adhered to. Your responsibilities will include processing pension contributions, managing retirement account transactions, and responding to employee inquiries regarding their benefits and pension statuses. As a key member of the HR team, your expertise will help ensure that all benefits processes run smoothly and efficiently while fostering positive employee experiences. Responsibilities
Administer pension plans and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Process retirement benefit transactions and maintain accurate records for all pension-related activities.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding pension plans, benefits enrollment, and eligibility requirements.
Assist in the development and implementation of pension policies and procedures to streamline operations.
Prepare and maintain reports related to pension contributions, benefits claims, and employee eligibility.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality delivery of pension and benefits services.
Conduct regular audits of pension records to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in pensions and benefits administration or a similar role.
Strong understanding of pension laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with employees and stakeholders.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £15.68
