WR Fundraising Recruitment are excited to once again be working with a national charity focussing on a range of community support from financial and welfare through to mental health and wellbeing programmes.
As part of the charity’s ambitious growth and development plan, we are looking for a Corporate Partnerships and Community Fundraiser to join the fundraising team to maintain and develop a range of fundraising relationships at local and national level.
We’re looking for a relationship focussed corporate partnerships and community fundraising professional to join the growing team. With a prominent cause in the spotlight, you will have the opportunity to develop a variety of relationships, supporting the crucial work of this much-loved charity.
Corporate Partnerships and Community Fundraiser
Full Time, Permanent
Oxfordshire with Flexible and Hybrid Working
4 days per month in the office
Willingness and ability to travel to meetings required (expenses reimbursed)
Up to £35,000 per annum
Duties will include:
• Engage with local businesses and organisations to actively develop supporters to donate income
• Work collaboratively on a variety of corporate partnerships including sponsorships, charity of the year, strategic partnerships and employee fundraising / volunteering
• Prepare and present high-quality new business proposals, pitches, and presentations to win new business
• Manage, monitor, and increase donations through community focussed fundraising
• Provide volunteer management - training and equipping regional volunteers to identify and engage local corporate supporters
• Plan and oversee fundraising events that engage corporate partners, their employees and the wider community
Ideal candidates will have:
• Experience within a fundraising role specialising in corporate partnerships
• Experience in public speaking with the ability to hold a variety of audiences
• Ability to create and maintain key relationships with businesses’ and senior professionals
• Excellent networking skills
• A passion for fundraising
• The ability to work collaboratively in a small team.
• Drivers Licence and access to own vehicle (car allowance provided)
