Summary
We are WR Fundraising Recruitment and we are excited to once again be working with a national charity focussing on community support.
This organisation is seeking a Philanthropy & Partnerships Manager to champion their cause and expand their fundraising efforts focusing on corporate fundraising, major donors and collaborating on larger funding applications.
In this ambitious new role, the Philanthropy & Partnerships Manager will drive the long-term sustainability for the charity by cultivating and nurturing relationships with a range of high value donors.
We’re looking for an experienced fundraiser with commercial acumen, who is equally at home strategising as presenting to donors or creating compelling proposals and partnerships packages.
Philanthropy & Partnerships Manager
Full Time, Permanent
Oxfordshire with very flexible hybrid working available.
1 or 2 times per week in the office.
Up to £42,000 per annum
Duties will include:
• Developing and implementing a partnerships and philanthropy fundraising strategy to drive income growth
• Cultivating and stewarding relationships with high value donors, including overseeing high value cultivation opportunities and events
• Securing high-level, strategic partnerships with high value funders
• Creating compelling proposals and partnership packages to appeal to a range of donors
• Using CRM data and analytics to optimise fundraising performance
The ideal candidate will:
• Be an exceptional relationship manager, capable of cultivating, developing, and stewarding high value relationships
• Have demonstrable experience of securing major funds from larger donors
• Be a compelling and engaging communicator, with excellent presentation and networking skills
• Have a strategic outlook, with an eye for opportunities
• Be an ambitious, highly organised, and proactive fundraising professional
