Job Title: Payroll & Invoicing Administrator
Location: Blackburn
Pay Rate: £14.70 per hour
Hours: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday - 08:00 to 14:00
Start Date: ASAP
The Best Connection are recruiting on behalf of an established Engineering Company in Blackburn for a Payroll & Invoicing Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis.
Duties will include:
- Processing company payroll accurately and on time
- Preparing and issuing invoices
- Managing in-line revenue processes
- Handling supplier payments
- Calculating and processing VAT returns/payments
- General financial administration as required
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in payroll and invoicing
- Strong numerical and organisational skills
- Good knowledge of VAT procedures
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience of using Sage Software (Essential)
