Summary

Job Title: Payroll & Invoicing Administrator

Pay Rate: £14.70 per hour

Hours: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday - 08:00 to 14:00

Start Date: ASAP

The Best Connection are recruiting on behalf of an established Engineering Company in Blackburn for a Payroll & Invoicing Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis.

Duties will include:

  • Processing company payroll accurately and on time
  • Preparing and issuing invoices
  • Managing in-line revenue processes
  • Handling supplier payments
  • Calculating and processing VAT returns/payments
  • General financial administration as required

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in payroll and invoicing
  • Strong numerical and organisational skills
  • Good knowledge of VAT procedures
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience of using Sage Software (Essential)
