The Role
We are seeking caring, reliable, and motivated Healthcare Assistants to join our Leicester team. Your role will involve supporting individuals with their daily living needs, promoting independence, and ensuring the highest standard of care.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Supporting mobility and safe transfers
- Assisting with meals and hydration
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Monitoring and reporting on clients’ wellbeing
- Following care plans and company policies
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a care role is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided
- A kind, patient, and respectful nature
- Good communication and listening skills
- Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred (to reach clients across Leicester)
