We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our team at a specialist EMI (Elderly Mentally Infirm) residential and nursing home. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of our residents in a supportive and friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing high-quality, person-centred care to residents with dementia and other complex needs.
• Supporting residents with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and meal assistance.
• Building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Maintaining accurate care records and observing residents’ health and wellbeing.
• Assisting with recreational activities to enhance residents’ quality of life.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a residential or nursing home setting
• A genuine passion for providing high-quality care to elderly residents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
