Crynodeb
We are a small company, involved in the manufacture and distribution of water treatment products, based in Louth, Lincolnshire.
We have a vacancy for an experienced customer service advisor, duties to include (but not limited to) processing customer orders, dealing with customers by telephone, email and face to face to assist with their order queries and technical questions.
Previous experience in a customer service environment would be beneficial.
This is a full time position, 8.30 am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure is essential to ensure accurate order processing. Good written and verbal skills are required.
