Office Administrator – Holiday Cover
Location: Walsall
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Duration: 2 weeks temporary work – Immediate start
Hours: Monday to Friday, daytime hours
Bespoke Career Solutions Ltd are recruiting for an Office Administrator to provide holiday cover for a busy office in Walsall. This role is ideal for someone with strong administration skills who is available to start straight away.
The role will involve filing, data entry, managing and updating databases, working with spreadsheets, and providing reception support including answering phones and greeting visitors. You will also support the wider team with general administrative tasks as required.
We are looking for someone with previous administration experience, confident use of Microsoft Office, strong organisational skills, and professional communication both face-to-face and over the phone. Immediate availability is essential.
This role offers £13.00 per hour, a supportive team environment, and consistent Monday to Friday working hours for the duration of the assignment.
