THE COMPANY
A small but growing financial services business based in Wolverhampton is looking for an experienced Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis. While experience in the financial services sector is beneficial, it is not essential. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, professional environment and be part of a company that values its staff.
THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the company Directors, you will play a key role in the day-to-day administration of the business. You will manage your own workload and assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including:
• Understanding different pension schemes and issuing fees to clients.
• Obtaining third-party pension information and liaising with lawyers from various organisations.
• Preparing and issuing accurate reports.
• Providing general administrative support as needed.
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoy working independently within a small team.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience in pension schemes or financial services administration (desirable but not essential).
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
• A high standard of written English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• The ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
COMPANY BENEFITS
• Competitive salary of £25,000 per annum.
• Hybrid working – 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
• Company pension scheme.
• Excellent working conditions and free onsite parking.
If you are organised, detail-oriented, and looking for a stable role in a growing business, we would love to hear from you!
