Pay: £31.90 per hour (Umbrella) / £23.84 per hour (PAYE)
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: Until 20/10/2026 (Likely to be extended)

A great opportunity has arisen to join the Quality Team at Broughton as a Quality Line Side IPQ Assessor. You will play a key role in ensuring industrial processes meet the highest standards, supporting both compliance and continuous improvement within a factory environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform industrial qualifications to enable internal shops to carry out industrial processes.
- Conduct validation of couple and IQ reports.
- Collect evidence to evaluate compliance or non-compliance to process.
- Support impact analysis and recovery actions when non-compliance occurs.
- Propose IQ status and inform validators.
- Contribute to investigations and root cause analysis for quality issues.
- Participate in process improvements and analyse process capability results.
- Ensure customer focus and product safety at all times.
- Experience in industrial processes and factory environments.
- Audit quality background is essential.
- Strong teamwork, proactivity, adaptability, and customer focus.
- Experience is valued over formal qualifications.
- Security clearance (BPSS+) required.
- Paid overtime available (premium rates).
