The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:

Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional, supportive, and empathetic manner.


Provide clear guidance to help customers manage financial concerns or resolve banking queries


Assist with claims and deliver positive solutions tailored to each customer's needs


Keep accurate notes and navigate multiple systems to ensure smooth processes


Work towards achievable KPIs while keeping customer experience at the centre of everything you do



What We're Looking For


Strong customer service skills, either in a contact centre or face-to-face role

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

A customer-first, empathetic approach to handling sensitive conversations

Confidence in using IT systems and multitasking effectively


Motivation to work towards targets while maintaining quality service

Salary of £23,600 - £26,000, with the opportunity to earn additional commission or performance-related bonuses
