Communicate calmly and effectively in situations which may be emotionally challenging. Write high-quality reports and present findings to clients, their families / carers and network. Support and train others. Inspire networks to actively commit to overall aims of work Follow all policy and procedures in relation to safeguarding, health and safety, and risk management. Maintain the highest standards of record keeping including electronic data entry and recording through professional self-governance in accordance with professional codes of practice, data security requirements and GDPR principles. Hold up to date knowledge of legislation, national and local policies, and issues in relation to both the specific client group and your professional qualification. Have high levels of professional curiosity and apply that flexibly and dynamically.
