Crynodeb
As a member of a team of ENT clinical nurse practitioners, you will be responsible for a cohort of patients within the emergency service and more routine nurse-led clinics. You will be expected (with the support of the Charge Nurse and peers) to identify and develop service provision as demand dictates. There will be some albeit minimal managerial expectations. Full training will be given and opportunities for development of both the service and individual is expected and encouraged into either the clinical or managerial route. This is a very dynamic department and would suit a candidate with a similar outlook.
