The Role:
• To support a 46-year-old lady who is Autistic and has ADHD to access the community and to support with maintaining her home.
Main Duties:
• Support with walks
• Support with interest in nature
• Support with cleaning home
• Support with cooking/batch cooking
• Support with Admin
• Gentle support to build confidence
• Support to keep safe
Personal Qualities and Attributes required:
• Respectful of confidentiality and privacy
• Responsible, reliable and trustworthy
• Respectful of dignity and independence
• Good communication skills and social skills
• Punctual, reliable and flexible
• Ability to work on your own initiative
• Understanding, adaptable and organised
• Patience and quietly spoken
Please note that the person undertaking this role may be requested to supply evidence of DBS clearance and/or references where appropriate.
Hours: 11 hours per week to be worked on a Monday morning – 5.5hrs and a Thursday morning – 5.5hrs
Pay: £24.00 per hour – Self - Employed
