Salary: £58,500


Day Shifts, 45 Hours per week

Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Nurse (RGN) to join a welcoming care home that provides high-quality residential, nursing, and dementia care. What We’re Looking For



  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification with a valid NMC pin.

  • Strong clinical background with proven experience in a nursing home or similar care environment.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.

  • Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making abilities.

  • A compassionate and professional approach, with a genuine commitment to resident wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities



  • Provide hands-on clinical leadership and guidance to nursing and care staff.

  • Deliver high standards of nursing care to residents with diverse needs, including dementia care.

  • Oversee care planning, medication management, and clinical governance.

  • Support staff training, supervision, and professional development.

  • Work collaboratively with residents, families, and external healthcare professionals.

  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and best practice standards.
