Salary: £58,500
Day Shifts, 45 Hours per week

What We’re Looking For
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification with a valid NMC pin.
- Strong clinical background with proven experience in a nursing home or similar care environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making abilities.

Key Responsibilities
