Full time 37hrs per week, permanent
Based at the Guildhall Gainsborough (hybrid working)
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in West Lindsey District Council’s Transformation and Digital Team to lead a team to deliver innovative, technological solutions for corporate systems and help meet the challenges for digital transformation and systems development.
You should be a dynamic and experienced individual with a strong technical background who can demonstrate experience in team leadership, collaboration across a range of teams and excellent communication skills across an organisation.
The successful candidate should understand the wide range of local government services and have a clear vision of how digital tools and systems can play a key role in their delivery, continuous improvement and most importantly to enable our teams to provide the best possible service. Experience in a digital systems development environment or leading on the implementation of ICT systems with involvement in technological projects is essential.
