The Transformation Team has an excellent opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who wishes to contribute to embedding a culture of change management within the Council.
The role is ideal for any individual who is motivated and driven and who wishes to understand the council’s approach to change management. The role involves assisting any of our Council services to support the implementation of the change management initiatives.
You will be required to act as a Change Ambassador throughout the Council and will be a key player in the delivery of the strategic aspirations of the Council. Delivering excellent technical, administrative, systems support, customer service you will be supporting the successful delivery of service plan objectives within different teams. This is a multi-disciplined, fast paced and challenging role, encompassing a wide and varied range of tasks.
You will need to be a strong team player with the ability to prioritise your workload and positively contribute to a constantly evolving busy service, identify improvements and progress those through to completion.
