Education and Training Quality Improvement and Performance To emphasise the importance and promote the development of a quality learning environment for all learners. To support the Head of School in meeting all NHSE statutory requirements. To act as a point of contact for trainees experiencing difficulties, offering guidance and support related to their well-being To contribute to create a culture of well-being within the training program, promoting positive behaviours and addressing any issues related to bullying, harassment, or undermining. To collaborate with other stakeholders, such as Educational Supervisors, Heads of School, and the Postgraduate Dean, to ensure a coordinated approach to trainee well-being. To play a crucial role in fostering a supportive and healthy environment that allows doctors in training to thrive both personally and professionally To provide support to doctors in training in their wellbeing and also be familiar with the services offered by the Professional Support and Well-being Services (PSW).
