We are seeking an experienced and reliable Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on our active construction site. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, safety-conscious, and capable of managing site teams while ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:-
Supervise and coordinate site workers and subcontractors

Monitor project progress and report to project management

Enforce health and safety policies on-site

Ensure work is carried out to plans, specifications, and quality standards

Conduct daily site briefings and toolbox talks
-
Maintain accurate site records and reports
-
Liaise with suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders
-
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in construction
-
Strong leadership and communication skills
-
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
-
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
-
Valid black or gold CSCS card
- SMSTS

First Aid certification

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
