About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on our active construction site. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, safety-conscious, and capable of managing site teams while ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate site workers and subcontractors

  • Monitor project progress and report to project management

  • Enforce health and safety policies on-site

  • Ensure work is carried out to plans, specifications, and quality standards

  • Conduct daily site briefings and toolbox talks

  • Maintain accurate site records and reports

  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in construction

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations

  • Valid black or gold CSCS card

  • SMSTS

  • First Aid certification

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
