Crynodeb
The post holder will: Provide expert clinical and operational leadership for the Community Mental Health Wellbeing Hub. Influence and implement policies, SOPs, and service development strategies. Analyse complex data and make informed decisions to improve service delivery. Manage resources efficiently and contribute to financial recovery plans. Lead on staff supervision, appraisals, rota planning, and HR processes. Deliver training and educational programmes across disciplines. Maintain high standards of documentation and reporting. Work flexibly, including unsocial hours if required, to meet service needs.
