About Us
This location is a modern, purpose-built nursery surrounded by beautiful outdoor space and a fabulous garden where children can play, learn, and explore.
Conveniently located in Nursling, just off the M271, it is easily accessible for anyone living or commuting in the Southampton area. Many of our children's families have ties to nearby workplaces such as Ordnance Survey, creating a close-knit, community feel within the nursery.
The approach here is child-centred and practical, helping every child progress towards their own unique goals, while building strong and supportive relationships with parents and carers.
✅ What We're Looking For
- A positive, caring, and enthusiastic attitude
- EYFS Level 2 or 3 qualification (essential)
- Passion for children's learning and development
- Good knowledge of safeguarding practices
- The ability to support children's individual needs and goals
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting children through play-based and creative activities
- Helping to deliver engaging, child-centred learning
- Building strong relationships with parents and carers
- Supervising children during activities, meals, and playtime
- Encouraging positive behaviour and acting as a role model
- Recording and celebrating children's progress
