Post holder will be based at Lil Bilocca House. The role includes managing the front of house staff team, assisting senior management on Health and Safety requirements, arranging meetings and panels, minute taking, financial transactions and monitoring and maintaining databases / data entry. You will also assist with meeting and greeting visitors for services within the SEND Hub, including Childrens Disability Team and Leisure and Family Support Service (LAFSS), along with partner organisations who access the SEND Hub, therefore resilience is required as you may deal with difficult situations with visitors face to face.
The post holder must have an NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification, skills and experience of working in a busy demanding environment, good interpersonal and communication skills and proficient in the use of IT. The role can be emotionally demanding, you must be able to maintain confidentiality whilst working within GDP Regulations.
Hybrid working arrangements are in place however you will be expected to work in the office due to the role being reception based.
