Experience Proven experience in managing educational delivery, quality, or curriculum—ideally in vocational training or further education settings.
Regulatory Knowledge Familiarity with accreditation, funding, and inspection frameworks (e.g., Ofsted, ESFA, ASIC, ISO).
Leadership Skills Strong people management, coaching, and staff development capability.
Analytical Ability Proficient in interpreting data and driving decisions for quality improvement.
