- Monday - Thursday: 07:30 - 16:00
- Friday: 07:30 - 12:30
- (37.5 paid hours per week)
The Best Connection are currently recruiting Production Operatives for a busy manufacturing site based in Snodland. This is a great opportunity to secure a long-term role with full training provided and the chance to progress from Temporary to Permanent.
The Role
- General production and assembly work.
- Use of power tools (experience desirable but not essential - full training provided).
- Working to customer-specific orders with tolerances down to 1mm.
- Varied tasks throughout the day - attention to detail is key.
- Physical, hands-on duties in a workshop environment.
- Reliability and good timekeeping are essential.
- Previous production or power tool experience is an advantage but not required.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Physically fit due to the nature of the work.
- Immediate start available
- Onsite parking available, good access via train.
- Workload may vary seasonally.
