- Partner with demand planning, procurement, 3P manufacturing sites, logistics, and commercial teams to align supply and business priorities.
- Actively contribute to S&OP cycles through DSR (demand supply reconciliation), proactively identifying supply risks (stockouts, capacity, materials) and drive scenario planning, recommendations and mitigation actions.
- Balance inventory across multiple warehouses, support initiatives to rationalize slow-moving/obsolete inventory, and reduce waste to minimizing working capital while maintaining high fill rates.
- Lead transitions of manufacturing locations, ensuring continuity of supply during transfers. Plan and execute phase-in/phase-out strategies, build inventory buffers, and coordinate with operations on new site qualifications.
- Partner with cross-functional project team (R&D, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain Strategy) to execute innovation launches and pack changes.
- Collaborate with re-packers on secondary packaging, value-added services, and promotional display builds.
- Coach support resources to execute transactional planning activities (e.g., master data updates, reporting, PO/order execution).
- Leverage planning systems (Kinaxis) and analytics to improve responsiveness and accuracy.
Key Requirements
- Experience in supply planning or end-to-end planning experience, preferably in consumer goods.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills; excellent verbal and written communication, including presentation skills & advanced excel skills.
- Demonstrated success in balancing inventory, service, and cost in fast-paced, high-change environments.
- Proven ability to lead and engage cross-functional teams with accountability and ownership.
- Self-starter with the ability to deliver results in a lean, agile organization and adapt to changing priorities.
