In this role, you'll be part of a team that keeps travellers coming back - using insight, creativity, and smart strategy to build loyalty and drive repeat bookings.
What You'll Be Doing
- Turning customer data into actionable insights that improve retention.
- Designing and optimising email journeys for different traveller segments - from first-timers to frequent flyers.
