I am working with a standout travel organisation that is looking for a data-driven marketer to cover a 12-month maternity cover with a passion for customer behaviour and a flair for crafting engaging campaigns. In this role, you'll be part of a team that keeps travellers coming back - using insight, creativity, and smart strategy to build loyalty and drive repeat bookings.
What You'll Be Doing
- Turning customer data into actionable insights that improve retention.
- Designing and optimising email journeys for different traveller segments - from first-timers to frequent flyers.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to enhance the customer experience across every touchpoint.
- Sharing customer insights to help the wider business make smarter decisions.
- Ensuring every campaign reflects the brand and fits seamlessly into the customer journey.
