Crynodeb
The post holder will work semi-autonomously on a day-to-day basis within their scope of practice under supervision of and subject to review at regular intervals by a registered practitioner psychologist in accordance with British Psychological Society (BPS) guidelines. The post holder will work as part of a multi-disciplinary service team providing psychology services for adults. The post holder will be based at the Ashfield LMHT. The Trust reserves the right with consultation to relocate post holders to any based within the Trust in line with service requirements. To post holder will undertake a range of clinical activities across a range of settings including in person, by telephone or digital platforms. Activity will include psychological assessments, treatments and other types of clinical intervention with individual service users, carers, families, groups etc; along with other activities such as staff training; research and development activity. Liaison with a broad range of other discipline and agencies including health, social care and voluntary services will be a key aspect of this post. A full UK driving license and vehicle for business use is required for this post; however reasonable adjustments will be made for disabled individuals in line with the Equality Act 2010.
