The Role of a Case Worker – Occupational Therapist WCR 3 Max is paramount in providing individuals with the necessary support and rehabilitation services to empower them in achieving their maximum independence and quality of life. As a Case Worker, you will work directly with clients who require occupational therapy services due to various challenges they face, ranging from physical disabilities to psychosocial issues. This position entails conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs, developing personalized therapy plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions that cater to their unique circumstances. In this vital role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to client care. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' functional abilities and challenges
Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate client care and resources
Monitor and evaluate clients' progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
Provide education and counseling to clients and their families regarding therapies and support services
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation as per regulatory requirements
Advocate for clients' needs within the community and healthcare systems
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
Current and valid occupational therapy license
Proficiency in assessment tools and therapeutic techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in case management or client advocacy
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
Strong organizational and time management skills

Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £22.74
Location: Westminster, South West London
