Your Role as a Nursery Room Leader - Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities using Bee Curious, our very own curriculum in your room. - Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children. - Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration. - Oversee the development and wellbeing of children, ensuring their progress is tracked and communicated with parents. - Take on the role of Key Person, ensuring the holistic development and personal care needs of a group of children. - Ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secure environment.
