To apply for this role you must have proven experience in business process mapping within change projects, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and familiarity with project delivery methodologies. You will have a strong background in ERP implementation process mapping, ideally within the Human Resources function.
Business Change Analyst
As a Business Change Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in defining and enabling business change. Acting as the bridge between the One Programme and the business, you will translate functional business needs into solutions that align with the organisation’s strategic objectives.
You will be responsible for creating business process maps that incorporate the OneSAP deployment and support the integration of new digital processes into business-as-usual operations. You will define and communicate key business engagement messages related to the future “To Be” state, ensuring that stakeholders clearly understand the change journey. In addition, you will monitor and report on business readiness against target outcomes, highlighting where additional engagement, training design, or deployment activities may be required.
Key Accountabilities
Develop, document, and maintain business process maps to support OneSAP deployment and integration into BAU.
Lead business engagement activities by defining and delivering clear, consistent communications on the “To Be” end state.
Track and report on business readiness, escalating risks and issues where additional change interventions are required.
Partner with stakeholders, change teams, and training leads to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
Key Experience & Skills
Proven experience in process mapping within change projects.
Strong background in ERP implementation process mapping, ideally within the Human Resources function.
Demonstrated success in engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.
Knowledge and experience of project methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, SDLC/Waterfall).
Ability to prepare and present clear, concise, and impactful reports.
Strong understanding of risk management and familiarity with programme management artefacts.
