Summary
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To survey and specify capital works on long term voids.

To survey and specify capital works on damp & mould cases
To oversee the delivery of works through contractors and DLO
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
To work with the Housing and Operational teams at the client to clear a backlog of long term voids, standard voids and some capital works associated with Damp and Mould cases. To pick up the list of works and work with the teams to agree the priority, specify the works required using NHF Schedule of Rates and then to work with the contractor base to get the works delivered. The works will then need signing off and the voids handing over to housing for occupation.
