As our Talent Acquisition Specialist within the People Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of HIT Training Ltd by attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across the organisation. You’ll lead the end-to-end recruitment process, champion our employer brand, and deliver a seamless candidate experience that reflects our values and mission. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and colleagues, you’ll ensure our recruitment strategy supports business growth, quality outcomes, and long-term success.

What You’ll Be Doing


Leading recruitment campaigns across HIT’s brands, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Managing the full recruitment process, from brief to onboarding, with clarity, care, and efficiency.
Creating a smooth, values-led candidate journey that reflects HIT’s commitment to excellence.
Building trusted relationships with hiring managers and providing expert recruitment support.
Promoting HIT’s employer brand through engaging, well-positioned content and channels.
Ensuring compliance with safer recruitment practices, including KCSIE guidance.
Delivering regular insights and reports to support continuous improvement.
Managing projects to support inclusivity and equity within our recruitment journeys.
Collaborating with Marketing to align our EVP with candidate expectations.
Leveraging our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines, streamline processes, and ensure compliance.
Collaborating with the People Team to support with wider business projects and objectives.


What You’ll Bring

You’ll be a proactive, people-focused recruiter who thrives on building relationships and delivering results. You’ll bring:


Proven experience in sourcing and engaging candidates across multiple channels.
Strong understanding of employer branding and candidate experience.
Up-to-date knowledge of recruitment trends and relevant legislation, including KCSIE.
Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and stakeholder management skills.
A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse recruitment performance and refine processes.
Hands-on experience with ATS (we use Talos).
A collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
Some exposure within HR would be highly desirable.
