Crynodeb
Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality clinical care to registered patients in line with GMC guidance and NHS requirements. Manage patient consultations, including diagnosis, treatment, and appropriate onward referral. Undertake allocated sessions comprising: 15 patient appointments per session Management of own self-generated administration (including own pathology and Docman tasks) Fixed share of laboratory and pathology reports Fixed share of Clinical letters (Docman) workflow Participate in the duty doctor rota as required. Share in home visiting on a fair rota basis Contribute to practice meetings, clinical governance activities, and service development. Maintain accurate, contemporaneous patient records. Engage in personal and professional development, participating in annual appraisal and revalidation processes. Contribute to PCN initiatives, training, and research projects as agreed.
