Salary: NJC Grade SO2 Point 26 - 28 £40,182 - £42,060 FTEHours: 36 hours per week, full time (flexibility may be considered for the right candidate - minimum of 32 hours per week) We are currently a growing Multi-Academy Trust and are now expanding our central team to ensure we continue to develop and support all of our schools to promote our mission and vision; giving the children and families that our schools serve a community that promotes strong and healthy relationships to enable children, families, and staff to be well and flourish.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, adaptable and motivated individual to become our Governance Professional to the Trust Board.

This post will be responsible for:
• The timely circulation of agendas and meeting papers.
• Attending Trust Board meeting and the production of accurate minutes.
• Providing administrative support to the Trust Board.
• Providing advice to trustees on their legal and procedural duties.
We are particularly interested in receiving applications from experienced Governance Professionals but also welcome applications from candidates without specific clerking experience who are able to demonstrate the required skills as we are able to offer full training for this role.
