The Elite Sport Department has over 2,000 learners offering a wide range of provision to Learners at levels 1 to 3. Provision includes BTEC courses, the Diploma in Sporting Excellence and employment focused study programmes.
We are seeking to appoint a Senior Administrator to join the existing team in providing an excellent administrative service for the departments.
It is a challenging and diverse role, and you will have significant contact with College staff, learners, parents and external partners/employers providing support and information.
The successful candidate will develop, run and analyse data reports for the department to support the curriculum managers in improving the quality of provision.
You will take a lead role in monitoring progress, work submissions and helping to identify “at risk” learners.
You will be setting up new systems and working practices to ensure essential and accurate data is kept for the departments.
The successful candidate will have good administrative and data experience. You will need excellent organisation skills and a track record of working successfully with a wide range of staff. You will have an excellent knowledge of using Microsoft Office applications and be proficient in running database report, exporting raw data from databases and analysing the data.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and organisational skills and work effectively in a large cross-curricular team. You must be able to work to tight deadlines.
