30 hours per week; 39 weeks per year (Term Time + 1 week)
Rawlins is seeking to appoint a Care, Guidance & Welfare (CGW) Administration Manager. Duties will include line managing the CGW Administration Team to ensure cohesive working for the Department. A qualification to take responsibility for examination access arrangements is essential (training will be provided). This is an excellent opportunity to join one of Leicestershire’s largest secondary schools, with over 1500 on roll including more than 300 in our A-Level specific Sixth Form. We are a highly inclusive school having our own Autism and a Moderate Learning Difficulties specialist unit on site alongside our school’s SEND support base. Pupils who attend these units are an integrated part of our school community. There is a strong sense of community in the school, the village of Quorn and the surrounding areas with a committed and aspirational parent support base.
