The Best Connection are currently recruiting for experienced Machine Operatives to join a leading packaging manufacturer in Banbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with previous machine operative experience who are looking for stable, ongoing work with excellent shift options.
Key Responsibilities:-
Operating production machinery safely and efficiently

Monitoring and adjusting machines during production runs

Carrying out quality checks on finished products

Reporting faults and working with the maintenance team when required

Following site health & safety standards at all times

Previous machine operative experience is essential

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment

Flexibility to work both double days and night shifts
