The Best Connection are currently recruiting for experienced Machine Operatives to join a leading packaging manufacturer in Banbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with previous machine operative experience who are looking for stable, ongoing work with excellent shift options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating production machinery safely and efficiently

  • Monitoring and adjusting machines during production runs

  • Carrying out quality checks on finished products

  • Reporting faults and working with the maintenance team when required

  • Following site health & safety standards at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous machine operative experience is essential

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment

  • Good attention to detail and reliability

  • Flexibility to work both double days and night shifts
